Client Outreach Analyst

SUMMARY: 
Our client is looking for  is seeking a Client Outreach Analyst (Client Facing. Due to regulatory requirements our client will be required to contact existing clients to identify and update relevant client data and information. This Analyst will be responsible for assisting clients, reviewing data & updating internal systems. This role will involve contact with front office stakeholders, clients and work closely with the project team to ensure that complete and accurate data has been collected in line with regulatory requirements 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 
-Perform Client Outreach 
-Monitor and track all client communications 
-Update tracking tool and produce regular monitory and metrics 
-Point of contact for Clients, Business Lines and internal business partners 
-Update relevant systems with representations/information received from clients 
-Monitor all incoming inquiries and ensure all are responded to in a timely and professional manner 

MUST HAVE: 
-2-4+ yrs exp. analytical Client Outreach role  
-Regulatory implementation experience 
-Understanding of Capital Markets 
-Experience in handling large volumes of data within Excel (to track when they speak to clients) 
-Superb communication skills 

NICE TO HAVE: 
-Familiarity with derivatives regulations impacting clients trading with Client  & its affiliates 
-Understanding of the Wholesale business lines 

ADDITIONAL SKILLS: 
-Attention to detail 
-Undergrad in Business or Legal related
